Snowy Day at the Saltair- Utah Part 1

Where do I even begin!?!?!?

So, this past weekend I returned from one of the best trips I’ve ever taken. On a whim, a friend and I decided to take a trip to Utah to portfolio build. I know what you’re thinking; Utah?!?! Why?!? Well, I had an event that I had to shoot down there and I figured I would take advantage. I’ve always wanted to do a styled shoot in the desert. Literally, my dream.

So what did I do? I harassed a bunch of models on instagram (lol!) and brought my beautiful friend down with me. It was the most successful, gratifying handful of days shooting that I’ve ever experienced. There’s a lot of pictures, so I’m going to break my trip up into several different blog posts.

In this series of images, I met up with a model that I met on Instagram. Seriously, the cutest, most photogenic sweet soul. She was an absolute dream to work with and made my job so enjoyable. Kenna, thank you for saying yes to my vision and meeting up with me! You are the bomb.com! These were taken at The Great Saltair at the Great Salt Lake in Salt Lake City (how many times can we say SALT?) It was snowing so hard, it was cold, but we powered through it and I couldn’t be happier with the images!
